Basic Audio Troubleshooting - Lexus and Infiniti

1. Turn on unit
2. Locate Console App on top on icon bar
   • The icon looks like a guy sitting with a steering wheel in front of him
   • Click on this application to open it
3. On the left column, click "AMP Info"
4. On the right column, find option called "Cur Vol" (current volume)
   • Check what number it says
   • Turn this number up
5. Make sure main volume at the bottom right corner is low
   • Between 1-5
   • This step is crucial, is both volume at high speakers could potentially get blown out
6. Test music volume
7. Slowly raise the volume on the bottom right until at desired volume
