Nissan Pathfinder radio with SC chip Installation Guide

After that, please remove the white box under factory CD player and connect it back to the vehicle. please make sure the correct 40pin plug is used, which should be the very bottom one. 

Remove the hazard and passenger airbag indicator from the factory and install the two modules on the unit. 

For 2017 and up

Please check the black decoder box should say "Q50L" on it instead of "1889 XC". 

We will connect the main harness to vehicle side connectors first. Please locate these two connectors on the main harness. 

Please pay attention to the #2 harness and make sure do not confuse that one with another same connector with the same shape but less wires. 

Connect the two connectors to the two screen plugs on the car side:

The male RCA coming off from #1 connector should connect to a yellow female RCA with tag "Camera in" on a separate harness. 

After making those connections, please locate this 20pin connector on the main harness:

The matching connection on the car side is behind the factory CD player. After that, please connect the grey plug in the background to car side's antenna connector and then a white connector with 2 green wires on the top to the back of the radio. 

After making those connections, please connect the rest of the harness to the back of the radio. Please make sure each one is going to the right spot. Connect radio, Wi-Fi and GPS antenna to the radio as well. 

Turn on the vehicle to test sound and AC function. Once functions are working, reverse the installation steps to put back the radio. The CD player will be left out. 

Settings:

After finishing connecting the radio, we will proceed to check the settings for the climate control. Please go to setting - car setting(third one front the right of the options at the bottom) - passcode 3368 - car model - you will see a setting page looks like below. DO NOT follow the picture below, instead, please choose these settings:

CAN Box type: XC

Car Brand: Infiniti

Car Model: JX35

CAN Box: 2012 Keep SCP

After that, please go to "Original car agreement" - scroll down to the bottom - toggle on "Temperature unit switch" - after that, please turn off vehicle then turn it back on. 

**If you have model 2019 - 2020 without navigation and without Bose amplifier, please choose "QX60" in the setting below. Do NOT choose JX35. And use this decoder box instead:
