Download the two files onto a flash drive. Please keep the names exactly same as the ones on Google Drive. Please do not put the two files in any folder. 

Connect the flash drive to the radio - make sure the other USB port is empty - go to setting - on the left hand side - choose "Reset" - hit check mark
