Cause 1: Wrong decoder box. The decoder box should say "美规霸道高配”， which means "American version Prado premium". Not just "Prado premium" or "Prado base version"
Cause 2: Go to setting - install set - 8861 - turn off "Audio Fader"
To get lower volume - go to "Console" app - Amp info on the left - find "Cur Vol" and turn down the number.
