- Tundra Before 2014, Sequoia Installation Note

If you have a 2014+ Sequoia with ENTUNE factory radio, which looks like below, you should have the main harness with tag "Sequoia". 

If you do not have radio above and received the sequoia harness, please let us know. 

After factory radio is removed, connect matching connectors between factory connectors and the main harness. 

The male RCA on the main harness is for retaining factory backup camera if it comes with one. Connect the yellow male RCA to a female yellow RCA with tag "camera" on a black rectangle plug. 

Brown connector: Provides two USB ports. For PX6, the one labeled "OTG" is for CarPlay/Android Auto. You can use an adapter to connect to factory USB and access the unit via OEM USB ports. 

Yellow connector: provides pre amp out RCAs. It is optional and can be utilized if you are installing aftermarket amp.

Black connector: provides camera input and AUX audio input. You can connect factory AUX to white and red RCA on this connector and access the signals on the unit's AUX app. 

Pop out the heated seat control, AUX controls from the factory and put it in the bottom of the new unit. 

Reverse the steps to install the unit on. 

AC Settings:

If your AC is not working, please refer to this section below:

First, please check your factory AC panel: do you have a "auto" button on where the turn knob is?

If yes, please go to setting - left hand side: find install set/Advanced - 8861 - car type - choose "Tundra 10 Hi", do not change any other settings - Press ok at the bottom - go back by pressing bottom left arrow under "home" - when you are back to install set page - press save and reboot. After rebooting, the AC should function normally. 

If not, then you have manual AC, please follow the steps above to "car type" page, choose "Tundra 10 Lo" - press ok at the bottom then save and reboot.  

Camera wiring for GraceNote. Model NSCD-W12U-B: 

You can use the existing connector here and transfer the current wiring to the 20 pin connector using T tap kit. 

Wiring up external airbag light adapter

Leave about 1-2 inch of wires on this connector and make a cut on the WHITE wire and GREY w/ BLACK stripe wires.

Then find the airbag light adapter, which is on the other wiring cable. See second picture for reference. 

Connect white wire to purple wire on the airbag light adapter. Do NOT connect to the purple wire next to the white wire in the picture. 

Same and connect grey with black stripe wire to orange wire on the airbag light adapter. Do NOT connect to the orange wire next to the grey with black stripe wire on the same plug. 

After that, connect the red wire on the airbag light adapter to the red wire on the main harness, which is the accessory wire. Your airbag error light on the dashboard should be off once the truck is turned on. The indicator on the radio still wont work.
