FJ Cruiser Installation Notes

After you have removed the front panel, please turn it to its back and remove the climate control module from the panel. 

Locate the small yellow plastic inserts around the edge of the panel. Remove the inserts and put them on the new radio. 

After that, please install the climate control module to the back of our radio. 

Connect the main harness comes with the package to the car side radio connector. Then connect the USBs, RCAs and the antenna cables that comes in the package to the back of our radio. 

Connect the main harness to our radio then connect the climate connectors back to the climate controller. 

Steering wheel control wiring: 

To pair the steering wheel control, go to "Control" app, then press and hole the steering wheel control button down. Press the corresponding function key on the display. A successful pair will have the key lit up on the screen. Repeat until all four keys are paired. 

Reverse the steps to install the radio in. 

Hazard connection:

Please connect the red wire located in the picture below to ACC for hazard to work.
