- 2012 - 2015 CR-V Installation Note

After factory radio is removed, please remove only the frame of the top small display:

4. Dashboard Center Display Visor Assembly

 1. Remove the dashboard center display visor (A).

5. Multi-Information Display Unit Assembly

 1. Remove the multi-information display unit assembly (A).

 2. Disconnect the connector(s), from the multi-information display unit.

After display is disconnected, please use this connector to connect between screen and its original connector.

 

After that, connect other plugs back to the display and install the display back to its place. 

 

The male RCA coming out of the harness will go to a yellow RCA with tag "Camera" on a black rectangle harness below. Brown wire with tag "Back" is backup trigger. 

 

Then, connect the main harness provided in the package to the factory radio connectors. Make sure radio antenna adapter is also connected. 

 

Radio antenna adapter has a round metal end on the radio side. 

 

After that, on the new radio, connect brown USB cable, yellow audio cable and black video cable to it. 

Then connect the main harness and radio antenna to the new radio. 

 

Reverse the steps to install the radio back on.
